Severn Estates Ltd. is a completely
independent private family run company. We pride ourselves on the
personal level of service we offer, and strive to provide those extra
little touches often missing from the bigger corporate surveying
companies. For example we will always try to talk to you, following a

Managing Director, Mr. Christopher Gill
FRICS, is a Chartered Surveyor (also accredited under the "Surveyors And
Valuers Accreditation" scheme) with over 25 years professional
experience, predominantly around the south and west of England. The
expansion of the business into the Channel Island of Alderney follows
many years of regular visits and a keen knowledge of, and interest in,
the Island.
